Yachtmachine is a day charter website operated by Charterminute SARL, an independent yacht charter company based in Antibes, south of France since 2011.

  • What we collect: Name, Surname, mailing address, email address, phone number, anniversary, company, title, sex and nationality.
  • Commercial preferences regarding our charter activities.
  • Copies of identity documents (passport and/or identity card). In this case the collection of image will be done in addition of other personal data.
  • Information about your bank details (bank, account number) during a transaction linked to Charterminute activities
    Only with activities linked to our charter services, preferences about your lifestyle, comments and physical handicap.
  • Relative data to the interaction on social media.

3. Submission

Should you upload content, or data or send any information or images of any nature by email or otherwise, you must ensure that such material will not effect, in anyway, the operation, security or use of the Site and is not defamatory or offensive, untrue, racially offensive or an incitement to racial hatred or otherwise in breach of an individual’s right to privacy or human rights or actionable in law in any jurisdiction. In the event that your upload or posting does effect the operation, security or use of the Site or in anyway is offensive, CHARTERMINUTE SARL reserves the right to remove it without reference to you and any and all consequences that may directly or indirectly follow will be entirely your responsibly not the responsibility of CHARTERMINUTE SARL. You agree to indemnify and hold CHARTERMINUTE SARL harmless from any action or consequences that may arise in such circumstances.

5. Time of conservation

The storage of personal data is up to 36 months maximum after the last contact from you.
